    Great design, easy clips

    The sweat and milk bras ate my favorite nursing bras. They are made with quality construction and fabric and I love that I can connect and disconnect the clips with one hand. One thing I wish they would do (on all designs) is sew in the cups. The cups don't always feel full coverage either, but maybe it is because they are not sewn in and float to the edges. While feeding and taking care of a baby, I am distracted by fighting with the cups on these bras to put them in the right position.

    Great bra for workouts, but fit is snug.

    I perused the Sweat and Milk website to find some new sports bras that could be used for nursing, as well. This bra is extremely supportive through my workout, but also allows for easy access to breastfeed and pump. My one complaint is that it's VERY SNUG. I ordered a small after scouring reviews and reading through the size chart, thinking I'd be good to go. Unfortunately, I had to wait a few weeks to be able to fit into the small, and it's still quite snug on my nursing breasts. If I had known better, I would have chosen a Medium. My nursing breasts are quite large and I'm measuring around a G cup. Still, I am wearing it, and look forward to starting my running regime in the coming weeks.

    Strap issue, obvious chest frame , but good customer service and great for workout!

    I was very excited to get to use this since I can work out with this, and use as hands-free pumping bra. But first the snapping part did not snap well, so they have replaced the first one. It's a great support bra for long distance running and lifting. Even when the breasts gets full with the milk sometime I even forget to pump since my breasts don't hurt while wearing this bra. The only thing is that I wish they have designed the snapping parts less irritable. When I move it rubs on your skin and just not comfortable. Other than that I think it's a great bra. And I like to support women owned company!

    Very comfortable, but not high impact for running

    The bra is very comfortable, and I wish it was supportive enough for me to run in; maybe it's so comfortable because it's not high impact enough?

    I originally got a XL, but down sized in the hope it would be tight enough to run in, but the Large still has to much bounce to comfortably run in for me.

    I am also pumping, and the clip for the pumping insert broke within a week. I can still use it, but I have to unclip the rest of the bra to get it attached.

    Overall, I really wanted to love this bra, but I'm disappointed it didn't work for me. I may still try another one from this company because it really is so comfortable and seems well made, other than the pumping clip.

    Best Nursing Sports Bra

    This is personally my favorite nursing sports bra because it has the option for the hands-free pumping and nursing clips. Additionally, you can adjust the straps which was a big differentiator between other bras. Its quality is much higher than anything you find on Amazon. It’s soft material and supportive. It also fits my hands free pumps that sit inside the bra vs. The hands free pumps that go through the holes. The only thing I don’t love is the pads fold when I unclip but if they were sown in they might not hit the right place on everyone so you just have to make sure you flatten the pads back out every once and a while. Overall, best bra I have
