NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist

Sophia Elizabeth Rose        

Sophia Rose is a British born, California living Personal Trainer, Pilates instructor and Mom! As a NASM Certified Women’s Fitness Specialist and a Prenatal/Postpartum Fitness Specialist, Sophia is highly specialized in helping women to look and feel fit, strong, and confident through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

Sophia trained Sophia has Pilates since the age of 16 as part of her professional ballet training (at The Central School of Ballet in London) and completed her Pilates matwork, equipment (reformer & tower) and pre/post-natal Pilates teaching qualifications with Body Control Pilates (London) in 2014.

Sophia is a NASM certified Women’s Fitness Specialist and a Level 3 certified Personal Trainer (TRAIN Fitness - ACSM accredited).
