Is it a sports bra?

Yes. Sophie is made for workouts like yoga, Pilates, hiking and cycling, and it's soft enough to wear all day. For running and HIIT, choose Chloé or Venice.

Can I take the cups out?

No. The cups are built in, so they stay in place and never get lost in the wash.

Between two sizes?

Choose the size above for a relaxed feel, or your usual size for a snug, supportive fit. With a pullover band there are no hooks to adjust, so if you're unsure, the size above is the safer choice. Our Size Guide shows which size fits your bra size.

What if it doesn't fit?
