Could you please share with us your favorite quick and easy snack/recipe?

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Fav snack that I still eat before every workout (and my baby loves them too!) are banana pumpkin oatmeal "cookies".
I make a large double batch and freeze half - combine blended oats (2 cups), pureed ripe bananas (6-7), one can pumpkin and a hefty dose of cinnamon. Scoop into mounds onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. So good!
