Thank you for shopping with sweatandmilk.com! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you don’t love it, send it back, and we'll refund you or replace the item, it’s that easy! 

  • You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order may be eligible for store credit only.
  • No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. A return authorization is created when your return request is approved. To request a return authorization, see the article “How do I return an item?”
  • Returns in the "started" status that haven't been dropped off or shipped to the shipping carrier within 30 days will automatically expire.  
  • All items must be unworn with the original tags attached.
  • Underwear (excluding sports bras) and socks are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Swimwear should be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons and must have a protective hygiene strip intact.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO REFUND/EXCHANGE WHEN:

  1. All purchases may be returned over 30 days of placing the order. For items returned after the 30 days window, they will only be refunded as store credits that are valid for a year.
  2. Items are not received back.
  3. Items are damaged or not in 100% condition. (This means the item has to have brand's hang tag, wash label, and in our original zip lock bag.) 
  4. Items have hair, deodorant marks, stains, or odor.
  5. Items have been washed/worn. For items received that are not in 100% condition will be sent back to you without being refunded or exchanged. 
  6. Sale items (items purchased from the We Made Too Much section) are only eligible for a refund to e-Gift card. A $8.99 return and restocking fee will be waived for refunding to an e-Gift Card. 
  7. Items marked as Final Sale, gifts won from giveaways, or free gifts granted on eligible orders are not eligible for either refund (including e-Gift card) or exchange. 
  8. Orders purchased during special sales or with special promo codes are eligible for a refund or exchange unless specifically stated.
  9. For international orders (including Canada), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. No exchanges will be offered. Please reach out to us if you need to return an international order. 
  10. Black Friday orders (Nov 1-17 and Nov 26-30) are only eligible for store credits due to deep discount.  
  11. Exchanges or returns during holiday season may be delayed due to high volume. 

US DOMESTIC 

Return or Exchange by Mail - START HERE

  • Start your return or exchange online to receive a mailing label to box and ship your items
  • You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund or exchange has been processed. 
  • Please allow at least 14 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.  
  • Note that there will be a fee of $6 per order deducted from your refund for use of this method

Steps:

  • STEP 3: Select the item(s) you want to return and reason for the return.
  • STEP 4: Submit your return request.
  • STEP 5: Check your inbox for next steps. You'll receive an email with prepaid shipping label.
  • STEP 6: Package your item(s) and bring it to the shipping carrier 

Final sale items, gift with purchases, and international orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please check "What is your return/exchange policy for international orders?" for more details.

  • For international returns (including Canada), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No exchanges will be offered. Please reach out to us if you need to return an international order. Our return address is: Shipvine ATTN Sweat and Milk, 2626 N Hopkins Road, Richmond, VA 23224, US
  • If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the US, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Sweat & Milk. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
  • For domestic orders within the US, and we will provide you a prepaid return label via email. We offer free exchanges, including sale items (excluding final sale items). If you are returning the item(s) to get a refund, a $8.99 restocking fee will be deducted from your order. If you choose to refund to an eGift card, no restocking fee will be charged. 
  • For international returns (including Canada), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No exchanges will be offered.
  • If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the US, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Sweat & Milk. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN THE US

We provide free exchanges. 

  • We will ship out new items upon arrival of your returned item to us and after inspection.
  • Currently we can only exchange for a different size. If you'd like to exchange for a different color or style, e.g, from bra A to bra B, or from bra to legging, etc, the best way is to select "eGfit card" option, so that you can get an eGift card sent to your email and purchase the new items before they sell out. No returning or restocking fees will be charged for refunding to an eGift card. 
  • Final sale items, gift with purchases, and international orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Sale items are only eligible for refund to e-Gift card. 
  • Final sale items are not eligible for either refund (including e-Gift card) or exchange. 
  • Orders purchased during a special sale or with a special promo code are eligible for a refund unless specifically stated. 
  • All gifts with purchase offers are subject to availability. 
  • Gift with purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded and a warranty does not apply. 
  • Gift with purchases cannot be redeemed for cash and are only available at time of purchase. 
  • In the event of a return, all gifts that come with an order or other bonus items must be returned with the original purchase, on the same terms as above.
  • Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to at least 5-10 business days for the return to be processed at our distribution center. Please allow additional time for international orders. For refund, you can expect the refund to hit your bank or credit card account within 3—5 business days after the return has been processed, but processing credit is subject to your bank.
  • You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
  • Yes. Depending on the items you purchased or when you placed the order, you may be able to do so when you submit a request for a return label. During the Return Request process, you will be able to choose if you want a store credit or a refund to the original form of payment. To check if you are eligible for a full refund, please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
  • Refunding to store credits (e-gift card) has no restocking fee of $8.99. 
  • Please be advised that all refunds made on purchases paid in part with gift cards or store credit will first be refunded back to those payment sources. The remainder will be credited back to the secondary payment source credit or debit card.
  • Please contact us here. In the body of the email please include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.

US

  • Standard (6—10 business days) is $8.99, or FREE if order value is over $75
  • Expedited (3-4 business days) is $15.99
  • Expedited (2 business days) is $25
  • Overnight (next business day) is $50

International

  • First Class is $19.99, excluding customs and duties, or FREE if order value is over $200

Canada 

  • First Class is $15, excluding customs and duties, or FREE if order value is over $200
  • Orders placed with Standard Shipping will ship within 1—3 business days. Please note that orders placed after 11:00AM PST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).
  • Expedited and Overnight orders placed by 1:00PM PST Monday—Friday will be shipped next day and deliver on the next business day. Please note that Expedited and Overnight orders placed after 1:00PM PST on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).
  • On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.
  • Holiday shippings for orders placed after 12/20 may be delayed.
  • For standard shipments within the US, you can expect your order to arrive in 6—10 business days once it has shipped from our distribution center.
  • Domestic shipping guidelines apply to shipping within the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia are considered non-domestic and are subject to longer ship times.
  • On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.
  • Sweat & Milk is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipping-related issue(s). Under any circumstance, Sweat & Milk is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
  • Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
  • You can also find your tracking number by logging into your Sweat & Milk account.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours from when you receive your tracking number for activity to update.
  • Yes. There are no special requirements; these are treated as normal shipments.
  • Yes, we do international shipping. The rate is $19.99 ($15 for Canada) for orders below $200, and FREE for orders of $200 and above. Customers are responsible for custom duties if there are any. 
  • Promo codes can only be applied one at a time and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Promo codes are limited to one use per customer. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. 
  • Promo codes can only be applied to full price items, unless otherwise stated.
  • Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, you can not add or remove items by yourself. If you'd like to make changes to your order, please reach out to us here. before you receive an shipping email confirmation. Once it's shipped, we are unable to change it. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 4PM PST. 
  • Please reach out to us via Live Chat on the website, Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 4PM, PST and we can attempt to make a cancellation. We are unable to halt a shipment once an order is out. You can, however, always return your items to us for credit or a full refund within 45 days of your order date.
  • Yes, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Please reach out to us via Live Chat on the website during business hours and we will do our best to accommodate. Our work hours are from Monday through Friday, 9AM to 4PM PST. 
  • We do our best to ship your order in full. However, in the case that an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email and refund you for any missing items. 
  • For pre-order items, the shipping date on the website is only an estimate. You may receive them later than the estimated shipping date. 
  • We offer select items for preorder. If you order both preorder and in-stock items in a single order, in-stock items will shipped first. Preorder items will ship separately as soon as they become available.
  • If you would like to cancel your preorder item, please contact us via Live Chat on the website or contact us here. If the item has not yet shipped out, we will accommodate your request.
  • Promo codes can only be applied one at a time and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Promo codes are limited to one use per customer. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. 
  • Only one promotional code allowed per order. Promotional codes are non-retroactive and non-transferable. Some promotional codes may be limited to one per customer.
  • Promotional codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases. 
  • All promotions are under a “while supplies last” stipulation. Additional discounts will not be offered on items that are SOLD OUT or not on-site during promotion. 
  • Promotions cannot be combined with any other discount, applied to previous or future orders, or additional shipping costs. All promotions are in USD, dollar threshold and discount amount is in USD.
  • Promotional codes for a dollar amount have no actual monetary value, can only be used during the stated promotional period and cannot be used in combination with any other discount.
  • Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • As long as your purchase is eligible for the promo code, we will refund the difference to the card we have on file or issue store credit.
  • Promo codes are not applicable to items that are purchased on sale

We will refund the difference to the card we have on file or issue store credit. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to hit your bank/credit card (sometimes longer depending on your bank).
  • On occasion, we may offer discounts for new users. Sign up for our email and phone list for exclusive access to discounts and offers.
  • Yes, we charge sales tax in most states. The tax will be reflected at checkout once you update your shipping address.

We highly recommend you measuring yourself and crossing check with our size chart before placing an order. Our sports bras run one size big than other regular sports bras such as Nike, especially the Chloe 3 and Venice collections.  Typically a 34DD-34DDD will be a size S, 36DD-36DDD will be a size M. For 40-42DD+, an XL Chloe 3 and Venice will fit you comfortably. For other collections, including the Oceane, Lucie, Madison, Capucine, and Camelia, they are more true to size.
