I got a size small. It is a snug fit and since the shoulder straps do not have the adjustment feature it just fits a tad bit tighter. Other than the the product is supportive and easy to place my portable pumps in.

It took me a long while to find a good quality maternity sports bra and this one is so worth the cost and fits the bill in so many ways. It's a big bonus that I can also use this bra through nursing and pumping. It's very supportive having a larger chest (32-34D to 36DDish through pregnancy) on a bit of a smaller frame. The straps are thick but not bulky and easily adjustable, and the band is also very adjustable to continually achieve a comfortable fit as my body, belly, and band size fluctuates. I tried both the medium and large sizes and ended up sticking with medium due to how adjustable the bra is all around. For reference, I'm 5'6", 140ish pounds pre-baby/160ish pounds with baby at 39 weeks, and lean toward an athletic build overall.

This bra is great for lower intensity running or biking, or shorter distances. If you're planning on racing and going all out, it's not ideal. For 10k races and up I have had a lot of issues with chafing, especially below the clips. Still on the hunt for a bra that allows for easy nursing and hard running.

Great, high impact sports bra! So far has been my favorite bra for cardio and strength training workouts. I ordered an XL as I typically wear a 36DD. I feel supported, but comfortable. I will definitely be ordering more. Only downside for me is that I wish the padding was sewn in, but I knew it was not when reading the product description before ordering.

Overall, I’m glad I purchased it. The material is thick and high quality. The zippers don’t function that well, even with two hands. There is room for improvement there. I was kinda between the sizes of s/m and m/l. I decided to go with the smaller one , as it is ‘oversized’ and I am petite. I will say, I probably should have gone up a size. After the first washing the arms are a little short. And the waist now hits high, near my belly button. This will be super cute when I loose some of this baby weight and belly. For my 5 week PP body, I should have gotten the bigger one.

Great sweatshirt! Zippers work well, and it’s held up after washing. Thick and warm. Sizing is (purposely) generous/oversized. I’ve gotten lots of compliments!

I tried to run a mile with a normal sports bra and it didn't work. I was holding my chest up with my hands--Now I have to order another sweat and milk sports bra because it is SO useful for breastfeeding moms who are bouncing around at the gym

Very impressed with the comfort of this bra and ease to use both to breastfeed and to pump. I have also started wearing this bra as an everyday bra since I typically wore sports bras a lot before pregnancy even if not working out per se. I will say the customer service of this brand was excellent as when I first received my bra one of the straps broke before even getting to wear the bra. I reached out to the customer service line and explained my situation and provided photos of the damaged item. They promptly sent a replacement bra, which was very much appreciated. I’m sure it looks comfortable and soft but one of the straps is sewn into the front of the bra so I can’t put it on.
This IS a comfy hoodie. But for the price, it could use a few improvements. First, the arms (and torso, honestly) are a bit short, and I’m worried when I go to wash it for the first time. Second, the zippers could be a bit smoother. Though maybe they’ll loosen up a bit with use. Finally, and possibly the thing that stands out the most to me, is the amount of seams from the chevron pattern. It creates bulk under the sweater and it is an bit uncomfortable. I appreciate the effort to be elevated, but I think half the amount of chevron can achieve the same goal.
Sweat and Milk, make an Isabella 2.0 hoodie with these changes, add in an oversized hood and you’ll have me buying all the colours!

I thought that with it being a maternity bra it would fit larger breasts. It does not. I got an XL and it did not fit me as a 36 G. It gave 0 support and the metal pieces that the straps ran through were so cheap and poorly designed they pulled terribly and dug into my skin. If I hadn't lost the tags I would have returned it. Severely dissapointed, would not reccommend to anyone.
I have a small band and large bust (32DDD pre-pregnancy) and have found that the s/m/l size is challenging for me, but this brand has been repeatedly suggested. I have found that it's still difficult! Ended up with a large even though it is gaping around my rib cage because the medium was too tight on my breasts and I didn't want to experience clogged ducts or mastitis. It's been fine. I absolutely could not exercise in it, but walking is fine.
I also am in the process of exchanging a size and it has been over a month since I sent it in and it was received. It has not been "approved" yet though, so I anticipate it could be several more weeks until I get it which is disappointing.
Likely won't order from this brand again!

Super soft and comfy! I did a ton of box jumps, wall balls and step ups wearing them and didn't have to adjust them ONCE! That’s a big win for athletic clothes in my book. When I lifted in them, i noticed Velcro gets stuck to the waistband easily! So you have to be careful if you are wearing a weight belt or grips

I wish this company had a bra that fit me! As a nursing mom and track and field coach. I am constantly needing to nurse and run with no time or place to change in between. I need a high impact very supportive bra. I bought this in an XS and it was a little too big. It's disappointing that they do not have a reasonable range of sizes.
For reference: my under bust is 28in and bust is 32in.
LOVE this bra. Used their size guide and it worked great. Really good material and very supportive! Only 4 stars because they use USPS shipping which takes longer than UPS or Fedex which a lot of other companies use.

I have a few different bras from sweat and milk…this is my favorite one (although they’ve all been great!) It works great for hard workouts and long runs…I’m a naturally larger cup sized and even more so with nursing. Currently at a 32J and wear this bra in a medium. Running is my preferred workout method and it always does great supporting! And I’ve found it easy to nurse in when needed…which is often with a little boob monster! :)

I was really keen to find a maternity bra that was going to properly support me while running through my pregnancy and nursing journey. This bra does the trick! Best part: it is highly ADJUSTABLE!! I bought two sizes (S and M) and can comfortably wear either because the straps and clasps allow for so much adjusting.
The bras are supportive and comfy. I work as a personal trainer and have no problem wearing them all day. Great support for running. Five stars from me!
