Start a Return/Exchange
Follow these steps to start a return/exchange
- Go to our ONLINE RETURN PORTAL, fill out your order number and email to start the return process.
- Pack your returned products along with the purchase proof and ship it back to us!
- Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return/exchange merchandises.
Sweat & Milk is not responsible for lost packages by your carrier. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHTS NOT TO REFUND/EXCHANGE WHEN:
- All purchases may be returned over 45 days of placing the order. For items returned after the 45 days window, they will only be refunded as store credits that are valid for a year.
- Items are not received back.
- Items are damaged or not in 100% condition. (This means the item has to have brand's hang tag, wash label, and in our original zip lock bag.)
- Items have hair, deodorant marks, stains, or odor.
- Items have been washed/worn. For items received that are not in 100% condition will be sent back to you without not be refunded or exchanged.
- Items were bought under Sales section can only be refunded to store credits. Orders purchased using gift cards won from giveaways/challenges are not eligible for a refund.
