U.S DOMESTIC ORDERS
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don’t love it, send it back, it’s that easy!
IMPORTANT! FREE RETURN AND EXCHANGE RESTRICTIONS
Customers may only return their items that are bought FULL PRICE for refund of the items.
For any U.S. domestic orders of over $150, we will provide one return or exchange for free. Please email us at email@example.com to get a return label. We will issue a full refund including taxes you paid within THIRTY DAYS (30 days) of receiving your items once we receive the returned items.
All the returned items need to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused and to be sent back to Sweat and Milk in original packaging with all original tags. Any article of clothing with hair, deodorant marks, stains, or odor will not be refunded or exchanged.
However, for the 2nd time return/exchange of the same order and onward, customers will need to pay for shipping both ways. If a refund is requested after the exchange, all the shipping cost associated with the 2nd return/exchange will be deducted from the total order amount.
For exchange and return of orders under $150, customers are responsible for shipping cost back to Sweat and Milk. We will make the exchange upon arrival of your returned item and the exchanged item will be sent back to the customer with no additional shipping charges. Note that we cannot hold items for exchanges or guarantee an item to be in stock for the exchange.
International orders are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
SALE ITEMS RETURN
Items purchased from Sweat & Milk with promo/discount codes are considered final sale and can only be refunded as store credit valid for a year. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the garments back to Sweat and Milk. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund if you choose to use our label.
RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
All gift with purchase offers are subject to availability. Gift with Purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded and a warranty does not apply. Gift With Purchases cannot be redeemed for cash and are only available at time of purchase. In the event of a return, all Gift With Purchase products or other bonus items must be returned with the original purchase, on the same terms as above.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHTS NOT TO REFUND/EXCHANGE WHEN
- Items are not received back.
- Items are damaged or not in 100% condition. (This means the item has to have brand's hang tag, wash label, and in our original zip lock bag.)
- Any article of clothing with hair, deodorant marks, stains, or odor will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Items have been washed/worn.
- Items were bought under Sales section or with promo/discount codes or gift cards won from giveaways/challenges (not bought in full price).
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, in the Subject, please put "Return/Exchange #Order Number".
- In the event of an exchange, your original purchase will be reimbursed and a new purchase made. Please leave a note inside your return package telling us your order number, reasons for return/exchange so that we can handle it from there once we receive your returned items.
- Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
- Refund will be given once item is received by Sweat & Milk. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges such as original shipping cost and the return shipping cost) upon receiving the return.
- Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Sweat & Milk is not responsible for lost packages by your carrier. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
