U.S DOMESTIC ORDERS

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don’t love it, send it back, it’s that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in original packaging with all original tags for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (domestic orders only).

IMPORTANT! FREE RETURN AND EXCHANGE RESTRICTIONS

For any U.S. domestic orders of over $49, we will provide one return or exchange for free, which means you can download the return/exchange label from our website and we will cover the shipping cost. If you request a refund, you will be fully refunded including all the taxes you paid. 

However, for the 2nd time return/exchange of the same order and onward, customers will need to pay for shipping both ways including shipping to us and the shipping to customers. If a refund is requested after the exchange, all the shipping cost associated with the 2nd return/exchange will be deducted from the total order amount. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are considered FINAL SALE (excluding Canada) once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

SALE ITEMS RETURN

Sale items purchased from Sweat & Milk are considered final sale and can not be exchanged or refunded.

RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

All gift with purchase offers are subject to availability. Gift with Purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded and a warranty does not apply. Gift With Purchases cannot be redeemed for cash and are only available at time of purchase. In the event of a return, all Gift With Purchase products or other bonus items must be returned with the original purchase, on the same terms as above.

REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE

  1. Click here to start your return process. (Again, no returns, exchanges and refund on sale items. Please contact us to get store credits if you already shipped them back to us.)
  2. In the event of an exchange, your original purchase will be reimbursed and a new purchase made.Our current online return system doesn't support exchange, therefore, please put a note inside your return package telling us your order number, reasons for return/exchange so that we can handle it from there once we receive your returned items. Return and Exchange are only for US domestic orders.
  3. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
  4. Refund will be given once item is received by Sweat & Milk. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges such as original shipping cost and the return shipping cost) upon receiving the return.
  5. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Sweat & Milk is not responsible for lost packages by your carrier. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
