U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS
We provide one exchange for free. However, for the 2nd exchange of the same order and onward, customers will need to pay for shipping both ways. If a refund is requested after the exchange, all the shipping cost associated with the 2nd return/exchange will be deducted from the total order amount.
We will ship out new items upon arrival of your returned item. Please note that we cannot hold items for exchanges or guarantee an item to be in stock for the exchange. To avoid selling out, the best is to re-order the items and ask us to refund your previous order.
Full refund to original payment can only be done for items purchased in FULL PRICE. Any orders using promo codes, during sales can only be refunded to store credits that valid for a year. Final sales items are not eligible for refund unless mutually agreed.
For full refund, depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
A $6.99 for one item, $9.99 for two items, $12.99 for three items, and $15.99 for four items shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund if you choose to use our label.
Alternatively, you can also use your own return label to get a full refund.

ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE AND PROMOTIONS / SALE ITEMS RETURN
Items purchased from Sweat & Milk with promo/discount codes or during sale and promotions can only be refunded as store credits that are valid for a year. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the garments back to Sweat and Milk. A $6.99 for one item, $9.99 for two items, $11.99 for three items, and $15.99 for four items shipping and restocking charges will be deducted from the refund if you choose to use our prepaid label.
Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchanges. Please check carefully the size chart or reach out to us via Chat Bot before purchasing.
RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
All gifts with purchase offers are subject to availability. Gift with purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded and a warranty does not apply. Gift with purchases cannot be redeemed for cash and are only available at time of purchase. In the event of a return, all Gift with purchase products or other bonus items must be returned with the original purchase, on the same terms as above.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHTS NOT TO REFUND/EXCHANGE WHEN
- Items are not received back.
- Items are damaged or not in 100% condition. (This means the item has to have brand's hang tag, wash label, and in our original zip lock bag.)
- Any article of clothing with hair, deodorant marks, stains, or odor will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Items have been washed/worn.
- Items were bought under Sales section or with promo/discount codes or gift cards won from giveaways/challenges (not bought in full price).
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE
- Go to our ONLINE RETURN PORTAL, fill out your order number and email to start the return process.
- Pack your returned products along with the purchase proof and ship it back to us!
- Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return/exchange merchandises.
Sweat & Milk is not responsible for lost packages by your carrier. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
