Sweat & Milk is a fast-growing Direct to Consumer (DTC) eCommerce fashion start-up based in Los Angeles. We design, manufacture and sell the best nursing and maternity activewear for pregnant women and breastfeeding moms. Our office is located in Rollings Hills Estate, Los Angeles.
We are looking for a part time assistant to help with day-to-day operations. We'll start with 15-20 hours a week. The candidate needs to work on site at least 2-3 times a week. We'll be paying $16-18 per hour, weekly or bi-monthly. This is not a W2 job.
- Customer service, including answer all customer messages, emails and inquiries
- Shipping label creation, picking, packing orders, and bringing the packages to the shipping carriers
- Receiving inventories, and barcoding products
- Keeping the inventories accurate and organized
- Helping with return and exchange, and restocking returned products
- Helping with photoshoot when needed, including on-site set up, picture selection, and basic retouching if necessary
- Others when needed
- About 15-20 hours/week
- Familiar with e-commerce platform, Shopify will be a plus
- Prior shipping experience preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Proficient level of skills in Microsoft Office, Lightroom, and Photoshop will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and oral English
- Detail orientated, energetic, warm-hearted, easy going personality
- Having a car and driver license
