[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]One of the questions I’m asked the most is what is the best nursing-friendly activewear out there. After I was cleared to practice and teach yoga again after having #yogababy, I searched high and low for clothes I could wear as a yoga teacher, teaching with my baby, needing to breastfeed mid-class, that still supported my postpartum body. To find support AND convenience was near impossible, until I found the following brands. They not only supported my postpartum journey, but helped make my breastfeeding adventure a more enjoyable one![/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Sweat and Milk
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]I love tanks and sports bras with pretty, strappy backs, but I never thought I would be able to find that in a nursing bra. Sweat and Milk is a newer company out there, and they by far have the most beautiful nursing bra I’ve found. The strappy back is gorgeous, and you still have the clip-down convenience in the front. I also love that the front has total coverage so that the girls aren’t falling out during yoga class (or during a quick yoga sesh in #yogababy's room!).
Sweat and Milk’s Oceane Nursing Sports Bra
in Snow White – size Medium[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Of course, listen to your body, to baby, and to your doctor postpartum before starting any exercise regimen, but know that there are brands out there ready to support you right after baby comes, and once you jump back into (or start a new way of) working out. Thank you to these amazing nursing-friendly brands for supporting new moms through their postpartum journeys. And for thinking about what nursing mamas really need to stay healthy while keeping their little ones healthy too! And to you bottle-feeding mamas, check out these brands too, they have products for new mamas no matter baby eats (as I always say #fedisbest!!).[/vc_column_text][vc_gallery interval="3" images="4253,4254" img_size="medium"][vc_column_text]Read the entire story here
